Notes

8 x 400 hill repeats. Peaked out on #4. Still kept it at 2 min or quicker. I got really thirsty, it was hot, stopped for a drink after #4. Recovered a little on # 7 & 8 but still not as fast as 3 & 4. Legs felt fresh from all the down time last week. Lungs still burned pretty good.
