Woke up this morning with no pain in left ankle. It was still swollen all day and even tonight as I log this. It felt weird during side planks, although no pain, just puffy. Full range of motion. I wanted to run tonight but I've decided to take another day off just to play it safe. One odd observation, on the balance exercise I am definitely better on my left foot which is the one that got injured. I'm practically falling over when I do my right foot.
