Notes
This one started out really tough. The humidity was really bad and I was definitely not feeling fresh. But it got better the more miles I got into it. Towards the end I felt downright good. Unlike in some long runs where the legs feel worse the more miles I log they felt good after about 5 miles which is not too uncommon but they just keep feeling good. No deterioration. I'm really happy with the Nuun and Cliff Shot combination I used. I went through 4 during the run. First at mile 6 and then about every 4-5 miles after that. Never ran out of gas and I was sweating like crazy so Nuun is definitely working.
