Notes
Although the mall is really flat and it's easy to run fast this may have been a bit quicker than I should have run for an easy day. I feel great though.
Splits:
1 - 7:28
2 - 7:31
3 - 7:39
4 - 7:47 (getting warm and felt the governor closing)
5 - 7:11 (pushed it back open)
6 - 7:44 (damn it keeps closing)
7 - 8:24 (ok that's enough cool down time)
