Notes
The plan called for 6 miles with 6x100 and it morphed into 7 miles with 3x100 and 1x200 with 2 miles of quicker tempo towards the end. The 200 stride was fun. Two bikes stopped right in front of me on the trail and started right as I got to them with about 20 meters to go. I had to pass them or slow down so I passed them and couldn't stop right after passing them, that would have looked silly so I booked it for another 100 meters. I hit a new gear I didn't know existed.
Felt very rested and good. With the cooler weather it may be time to quicken the pace in general.
