This may look slow but it was all on trail and very good for me based on past runs on this particular loop. This loop provides me with a similar type of trail as the goal 50k course in March. A little more climbing here. If anything this is slightly harder than that course.
I was able to really pick it up on the last 10K or so. Very happy with this effort.
