Just beat the rain on this one. We got 3-4 inches in a hour right after I finished. It was a humid sauna out there, but my legs loved the slow easy pace on a soft surface. All asphalt running last week took a bit of a toll. Happy to be back running on the pancake flat soft surface of the National Mall.
