At first I was really feeling tired. I think it was a bit of the speed work yesterday but also today I was on my feet most of the day as I experimented with using a standing desk. I felt better once I hit the soft bridle path. Felt so good in fact that I got carried away on mile 3 and crashed a little bit but I reminded myself that today was just getting in the miles and relaxed and recovered with an easier pace. Ended the run feeling very good. I've been pleased with my ability to bounce back physically when challenging myself.
