Notes
The travel on Monday following the relay weekend left me dead tired. I called in sick and slept most of the day. After saying good night to the kids I headed out the door. The legs felt very strong on this one. Plan was 4 miles at half mp and I started at about mile 1.25 but never really slowed down until the final mile. The first half of this route is a climb so heading back the pace was fast even though I was done with the 4 miles of speed work at mile 6.
