When I woke up in the morning my legs felt pretty tired still, a little tight in the hips. I'm pretty sure it was mostly from taekwondo. I waited until later in the afternoon to run. Never felt very fresh during any part of the run but it didn't get worse as I ran. I was able to get in 12 without any issue. Kept pace really easy just because I didn't feel that great overall.
