Notes
A four mile tempo run wrapped in one mile warm-up/cool-down. This route is uphill for miles 1.5 - 3 so part of the variation in speed is uphill vs downhill, the other factor was rusty legs. I've not done speed work in a while. Lungs were definitely my weakness today. This was further off my 10K race pace than I was hoping. My pace should improve with more consistent training.
