The first 30 minutes I read through the training script so although I tried to keep up the intensity it probably was as high as it should have been.
The last 15 minutes I got down to business. After 3 hard 3 minute intervals with 2 minute recovery I tried to reach my maximum heart rate, it seemed to peak at 165 and I was going about 27 mph according to the bike and really pushing hard. Not sure if the bike is correct because that seems too low.
