Notes
Nice run. I owe a lot of my speed lately to my dog who I've taken on most of my runs. Although on the last mile I had a really quick one going and I had to pull him past a few reindeer decorations that freak him out and he tried to chase a rabbit. It would have been sub 7 but I can't complain too bad because he helps get me up to speed out the door. It was humid today which didn't effect me but it did the dog a little. He stopped more than normal and was breathing heavy.
