Notes
I felt pretty sharp on this one, not quite 100% but close. Slight tightness in lower left leg that faded to nothing after a mile. I went ahead and went the full 6 and did 4x15 strides at just faster than 10K pace, nothing too fast. It was warm and humid which made it easier to run slower. I went by feel more than pace and faded at the end. I could have forced myself to go faster but I stayed focused on recovery for this run.
