Good easy run, a lot faster than yesterday. I focused more on quick turnover and that helped with pace. It was still an easy effort, well except for the brief spurts of speed with the strides.

3 - 7:32 (did the 4 x 15 sec strides at about mile race pace)

5 - 8:02 (lost focus a bit here)
