Notes
Just building back the base, easy run. The legs never felt pushed, right foot still a little weird but no pain while running. Trying to focus of fore/midfoot strike and kicking feet below me with short quick strides... although I'm not really forcing it just aware. It is just nice to be out running again.

Heat was tough showing how soft I've become because it wasn't really too hot.
