This was fun. I had totally destroyed myself at the "booster" class my daughter and I have been doing Monday nights. Tons of lunges, squats, ab destruction and that was only a few hours after a very rich lunch experience chased with maybe one too many bourbons. Somehow I managed not to throw up and got through it. Got home, changed right out of my taekwondo clothes into my running clothes and headed out the door. I thought I might die but it would be good mental training. Ended up feeling really good. Kept it easy and relaxed and it was just enjoyable. I downed a good 20 ounces of beef bone broth just before and that seemed to level set my stomach and just put me in a good place.
