Notes
I felt pretty good, dog not so much. It was hard to maintain a consistent pace because he was struggling. He even stopped to puke a couple times. I felt so bad for him. Unfortunately I ran this as an out and back and he didn't start really suffering until about mile 3 so he was stuck running all the way back. Not sure what it was, maybe the humidity. It was rough out there again this morning. I think he'll get a rest day tomorrow. We managed to get in the 4 x 15 strides.
