Felt really good! I might be back to 100%. My chiropractor did some things and I felt better right away. No tightness this morning.
This was a LOT of fun. Love these short repeats. I hammered pretty hard. I was happy with how fast I recovered between them while jogging 10-11 min mile pace. No need for stoppage just kept right on rolling.
