Thunderstorms last night so I moved everything back a day. I was thinking about keeping to day as speed day but after first mile felt super flat. I've been trying to limit my carbs to less that 100 grams and it is just making me feel so zonked out. Eventually that feeling is supposed to go away but it is showing no signs yet. I am still about 10lbs over where I should be.
