Easy bike. I felt my quads when I woke up this morning and I was a little flat at the start but after about 20 minutes I felt really good.
I went over to the treadmill for another half mile walk in the VFF. After a quarter I found myself shuffling and it felt nice. Very quick turnover and tiny strides, like jogging at 3.5 mph. My foot felt better afterwards. It was being worked for the first time in a while and it liked it.
