Switched things up again, this was the Saturday long run but since friends and I had the day off work and kids in school we all went out together and got some miles in. This was a nice mental break. Very relaxed just enjoying the morning. I still focused on cadence however and was happy to keep it up even at a super relaxed pace. Very happy after this one.
