Notes
Awesome weather for this one. Cool, breezy, and dry. I'm fighting a bit of a cold but it is all in my head so I could breath ok just sort of felt congested and blah but that being said this run got better after a few miles. Sort of achy at the beginning, but that felt like the bug. Felt wonderful at the end. Did two strides before and two strides after the 30 minute tempo run.

.87 - 8:09 pace, just making my way through the people back to the office, ran out of sidewalk to make it to 7.
