First workout back on FIRST. Planned for 3x1600, got in two. On the third I felt sick to my stomach and convinced myself that I would do 2/3 of the workouts during this first week. I was able to nail 7:40s without looking at the watch. Totally by feel which was good because that happens to be the pace for 4 hour marathon plan. I was hoping that's where I'd be. Walked for the cool down. Heart rate was high. It was hot! Swam with Tony right after. Felt great!
