Perfect weather conditions, cool and dry, made for a great run. I was easily able to maintain a low 8 min/mile pace.

8 - 8:55 (cool down on city streets, could have maintained pace)
Pack of Gu and small cup of water before leaving gym, 8 ounces of gatorade was plenty but when I go longer i'll need more.
