Cadence run. Avg cadence of 172. This seems like the key. I need to rebuild my stride. Pace came pretty easy. HR seemed high but legs could hang fine with it. Practiced keeping the legs at steady cadence while going up hill by shortening the stride. Getting the feel for it. Need to pick it up a little to get up to 180.
