Notes

The goal was to keep the HR between 140-145. The went well until about 20 minutes into it, HR rose to low 150s with the same cadence of about 100 rpm. Dropped resistance one and it fell back in place. I had to drop one more about 20 minutes later. Went real easy the last 5 minutes. No pain in hip while spinning. Felt good.
