Notes

A good solid Steinberg warm-up, 100 jumping jacks, 10 x roll->10 crunch->7 pushups. Also low front snap kicks focusing on getting hip rotated up and down the gym. Felt really good in hips after, worked them a little.

Lots of working on kicking technique. Not swinging my leg on round house keeping inline, especially had to focus on left leg.

Noticed mild pain and big bruise on little toe side of my left foot. I walked into a chair barefoot last night. May skip run just to let it heal up. I don't think it is serious but I just want to be safe with big Saturday coming up.
