Notes
I took the dog out for the first two miles. He did better. Very humid again this morning made for a body that didn't want to run very quick and I didn't push it to stay fresh for Saturday. I jogged again last night with the family for about 3 miles. My 5 year old loves to go out and follow his mom on her runs but he needs to take breaks so I follow along with my daughter in our double jogging stroller and he rides when he's tired and jumps back out when he's ready. I don't think it is impacting my training too bad. Either way I can't not support him if he wants to run. It's really cool because I haven't been pushing it on him, he just sees us doing it and wants to do it too. I'm proud of him.
