Same ride as yesterday. Left at 7:00 and almost ran out of day light.
I had a medium-long run of 10 miles planned but it was pretty hot and my left foot was giving me issues after work. I really don't like those work shoes. I didn't want to risk it. This was also a better use of time given the forecast calls for rain tomorrow so why not get the biking in today and run in the cool rain tomorrow.
