Treadmill run with the two mile tempo run wrapped in relaxed warm up and cool down. We're having treadmill maintenance issues at work and the one I normally use was broken so I used the wobbly one. Made for an interesting session. Got used to it. Maybe the shakiness of the treadmill helped prepare me a little for running in the conditions on Saturday. Probably not, but a good lesson in ignoring things that are out of my control.
