Ran down Northgate from Kathleen's to AFA entrance. Pace was easy since it is mostly downhill. Kathleen, Mandy & Rhonda continued on to Overlook, while Carolyn and I headed back. Had to get to the club to meet with Bruce about his book, then get Cam from school and over to ballet. Busy day!
