1 mile warmup, quick stretch of right quad, 5x1k @7:53 w/.25 mi walking/slow jog RIs, ~.86 mi cooldown. Tried to do this workout a few weeks ago and quad just wasn't having it. Pleased to see I'm working through some of that.
