Running with the ladies, FH down NGate to Overlook on the Academy. Doing point to point this week instead of coming back up NGate.
Distance ended up being a little short of 8 miles. Think we need to start right at Kathleen's house to get the full 8. Hills once we got on the academy, miles 3.5-5.25, were TOUGH. Paced 9:10 for first 3.5 miles, slowed down once we got on the academy. My legs are definitely a little fatigued and stomach was not feeling 100% but even so, the hills (one really long one in particular) were hard. Looking forward to this one again next week now that I know what is in store!
