1 mile warmup and then 12 x 1 minute @ 5k, 1 minute easy.

Felt good about the consistency. Ran 280m - 290m on the fasts, felt like a decent training pace for most of the recoveries. It was a hard push. Walked part of one recovery (and conveniently tied my shoe).

Everything felt stiff and creaky during the warmup. My left butt started to hurt around interval 6. My leg didn't cause any problems.
