Basically did a modified ridge 10. Felt really crappy at first, as the calves were just totally seized up, but it got better once I got past the first uphill. After that I felt good. The weather was amazing, like mid or low 40's with overcast and a slight breeze. Thinking about it, it reminded me a bit of running at the beach during spring break. I wore a long sleeve shirt and short shorts and they worked out perfectly. I think this is the most satisfied I have been with a run in a while. Yahoo!
