Ran with Ben, Dannie, and Will D, with Katarina coming out of nowhere from the KAC and joining us for a bit. Breaking in the new shoes. Didn't feel great, calves were acting up considerably. It was a super nice day though, as the sun was shining bright overhead. Ben, Dannie, and Dean did five and I added on an extra mile. I started to feel decent the last mile, partially because I think I corrected my slouching torso. Also, today, Katarina gave me a haircut. Ben had to fix it a little, although I think it is a little bad in the end. Not too awful though.
