Notes
First run up in the 'Bier with the boys. It had just stormed and I naively expected it to be nicer but it only made it worse. Combined with like 5 hours of sleep and nothing but Mcdonalds for the day and I felt so awful, but it was good to get out there with the guys for the first time in awhile. Ran with Ben, Patrick, Jason, Dean, and Jack. Jeremy stayed back because of his Achilles. Ben was fast and he was def leading the pack. I tried to stick with him on the hills.
