Ridge 7 up chicken hill with Steven, Michael and Jack. We started out with everyone but they went on the trail and went shorter. It was a nice sunny day, and while it wasn't super warm, it was warm enough. I was really hungover and had only had a sandwich to eat that day, so I felt super crappy. On the hills especially my legs were toast. We did a whole routine of dynamic exercises before we went and a core and stretch routine when we got back. It was kinda a lot. Otherwise it was nice to finally meet Coach K.
