Started with Ben and Dannie and went our own ways around mile 4. It was such a beautiful day, sunny blue sky and a slight breeze--near perfect running weather. I was a bit beat up but I felt good. We did stop at 2.25 for a bit but that's ok, I think. Once you get past the bridge at Howard it is super pretty out there. I really was sending it the best I can. I'm ready to get back into it.
