Well I succeeded at getting fat and out of shape :) been doing a decent amount of walking/hiking the past couple weeks, but I've been stuffing my face with any food that comes my way. Walked most days just trying to keep my sanity and explore Oregon the last week. This felt pretty rough for a first run back. I guess that's not the worst thing though. I was looking over my training before track, and I want to emulate that this next season. Slowly building to 30-40 mile weeks and not being in the best shape until November is the goal. Just need to get better at forcing recovery days after hard days and eating consistently. That's all I can control. :)
