Less than decent workout, but given my circumstances, it is understandable, but no excusable. Just from the warmup, I had a bad feeling about the workout. Led the 2k, but it felt a lot harder than it should have been. My running form has been skewed due to my knee and trying to correct it was painful. So I would be using a faster stride rate and higher right leg drive to compensate, which just wore me down even quicker. 800s were much tougher as well, and I could not hang on after the third one, so I dropped out.
Despite running this with really bad form and a bad knee, I hit some fast times. So that leaves me wondering how much better I would have ran with no knee injury and good form. Ill leave that to be decided on Saturday
