Aquajogged again today because my knee was still feeling pretty awful. However, the whole time I was aquajogging, the knee pain was at its minimum since I got the injury. The stretching, rolling, and aquajogging is starting to show its dividends, so that's a very good sign that I'm getting better. I'll see what happens tomorrow night and hope that it doesn't get worse. I'll keep doing everything like I'm supposed to.
