Notes

Really tough workout. Not sure why, but I've been feeling very burnt out during workouts. Failed to make this a progression run really. Any perceived increase in effort was actually just me slowing down. Doing this by myself is also extremely difficult since I only have myself to key on. Unfortunately couldn't even finish the workout. Turned out to become a steady state workout in hindsight. Not sure what's happening with me lately. The long easy run yesterday could have something to do with it, also having peak mileage certainly makes this workout more difficult. I've been getting good rest due to Spring Break, so it may be simply just training on the tempo loop by myself is a lot tougher than I expected it to be. Also, my knee was very painful today, even with the ankle bracelet. Definitely gotta roll out tonight.
