First threshold workout ended up really difficult. Might be a combination of many variables including, recently recovering from a tendon injury, not hydrating before the run, really really hot weather, questionable air quality in Korea.

First rep felt ok, I took it out too fast and tried to slow down, but ended up going fast again.

Second rep felt hard, started to feel slightly dizzy, but snapped out of it. Breathing felt ok.

Third rep was painful, not the breathing part specifically, but just the sun full on blasting my face.

Ended up cutting my fourth rep short because I got significantly dizzy and didn't want to black out. Not sure why I'm having a hard time maintaining threshold pace, but I better recover soon.

However, my achilles felt significantly better today, which is really good. Hope I can stay this healthy for the next few weeks.
