Taking the day off to really heal my knee. Going to log this as the day progresses.
Rolled out after shopping with Sean and Tyler. Headed over to the ARC to use their rollers because they are better the one I have. Knee still hurt after the rolling though, so I took some Advil, 2 pills. Going to keep my leg straight for a while and hope for better results. The goal is to be completely healthy tomorrow.
