Right knee was a little sore. I think my big week last week hurt me a little. I tried to keep my HR pretty low as I wanted this as a recovery run.
Toward the end I though it'd be fun to figure out my max HR, so I did 3 strides up a short hill of 150 meters or so. I got it up to 188. Maybe I should have done another one, but heard that 3 was enough to figure it out. I'll do another attempt at the end of another easier run.
Tomorrow's tempo run will be tough, but looking forward to it.
