Notes
My legs felt a little heavy today. It could have been from my big week last week: ~ 42 miles or my longest run: 14 miles, or that I didn't sleep well last night (my son and daughter kept me up).
My right knee ached a little getting started again, but the pain disappeared after a mile or so. Not sure why it keeps hurting. It doesn't hurt when I'm not running, or after running. Only at the beginning of a run.
