Notes
Felt great today. I think the added sleep recently has helped tremendously. Felt so good that I kept the 35 minute tempo portion slightly under 8min/mile. The goal was 8:05-8:10. It feels like my legs have never felt stronger.
Looking forward to a recovery run tomorrow in preparation for saturday's long run with tempo at the end. I really like those runs. It feels like the 6 miles is just a warmup for the faster running later.
