Notes

Easy run today. I tried to keep my HR low, but I think the lack of sleep from last night and my being slightly dehydrated didn't help towards the end of the run.

I'm tired now as I type this, not in my legs, but in my eyes. I feel like just going back to sleep. I'll make sure to get to bed early tonight to prepare for a good long run w/ tempo.
